Design of multiple detention vaults to collect stormwater runoff for the proposed expansion of parking area. There will be new 40 ft. x 200 ft. vault to replace existing detention pond and 40 ft. x 12 ft. vault for the newly added imprevious surface.

Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase - Phase II
Constanta, Romania
Seismic upgrade of existing unreinforced masonry buildings according to the current FEMA standards. The buildings were built in 1950s and are occupied by the US Army as their operation and medical facilities. Many regions in Romania are considered seismically active. This project is a partnership with structural firm Schmidt + Thielmann in Wiesbaden, Germany. Unreinforced clay masonry, wood framing and hollowcore concrete.
