He has extensive engineering experiences as lead structural engineer and manager for various kind of structure - from low rise, high rise, long span structures to glass facade. His work can be spotted in many states and overseas: from Washington, California, Ohio, New York, Florida, United Kingdom, Philippines, Romania and Afghanistan.

Along the way, he learned the importance of striving for quality and teamwork atmosphere in creating a sound, beautiful and yet economical design.

He has keen interest in the development of sustainable principles in structural design, innovation in seismic design, and BIM application.
